Kickboxy

Tonight, I went to the gym for the first time in maybe months! My goal is to have excellent posture and toned arms and back--and of course...good health, right?? Eh. :)

My formula: kickboxing on Tuesday nights and pilates on Friday afternoons (once summer comes around). I considered taking Oreos out of my diet, but why would I ever do that?!?

i love pilates. it does wonder for your posture. have you tried yoga? i didn't think i'd like it, but the style i am doing, vinyasa, is so wonderful!

i took ONE pilates class last summer and i already felt the difference in my posture! i never thought about yoga, but i think they have it @ my gym. i'll check it out! thanks, grace!!

You should try Balance Studio in Rockville and Bethesda. I started going there when it was a simple hole in the wall, and now it's this huge thing! They have great pilates and yoga classes.

Um, yes. Totally understand not wanting to lose the Oreos. I love, love, love Pilates!
