Classical music

When my parents told me that they had tickets to BSO's presentation of Beethoven's 9th Symphony at Strathmore Hall, I wasn't sure if Cyrus would want to go.

But we went, and I got to discover how much Cyrus enjoys classical music!

My dad brought his bird-watching binoculars. At first I was kind of embarrassed, but it was pretty interesting to see people's facial expressions as they were playing!

This summer is turning out to be the best EVER!

Happy summer

Behold! The vast emptiness!

What was once a lively oasis of learning and academic stimulation...

...is now nothing but a barren wasteland!

Happy summer of 2009, everyone! SCHOOL IS OUT and the teachers are playing!

And just for fun, here is a picture of some of my most bright and hilarious students. We practiced what we knew about character traits and made a movie with some very interesting characters. Here we have a lazy hat and a mean, spooky ghost!

I'm happy about the summer, but I will definitely miss the little kiddies...
